We’d love to invite you to the 9th Annual Queen City Beard and Moustache Competition returning to 319 Event Center at 319 W. Walnut, Springfield, Missouri on May 5, 2018. The 9th Annual Queen City Beard and Moustache Competition benefits local organization FosterAdopt Connect, helping foster children throughout the Ozarks.
For the last eight years, the Queen City Beard and Moustache Federation has brought together beards, moustaches and the best in fake facial hair for an evening of fun, and more importantly, fundraising. Since the first competition, the Queen City Beard and Moustache Federation has raised more than 70,000 dollars for local non-profit organizations, including the Rare Breed, Gathering Friends, Springfield Community Gardens and Haven of the Ozarks. This year, local charities will also compete to raise funds for FosterAdopt Connect and to be chosen as the beneficiary of the 10th Annual Queen City Beard and Moustache Competition in May 2019. Each year, we welcome competitors from around the country, including California, New York, and Texas.
Join us to support FosterAdopt Connect on May 5, 2018. Preregistration is available at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/9th-annual-queen-city-beard-and-moustache-federation-competition-tickets-37929589423 .
